Movvy has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return your item and receive a refund in the form of a store credit.

For a returned item to be accepted it must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return

  • Mail your item back to: Movvy, 895 McBride Avenue, Ste 7, Woodland Park, NJ 07424.

  • Note, the mailing cost of returns is at your own expense.

  • Once you mail your item, please email Movvy at shopperexperience@getmovvy.com with (1) your order number, (2) reason for return and (3) return tracking information (if applicable).

Movvy will notify you once your return has been received and inspected and you’ll automatically be refunded in the form of store credit only.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact Movvy immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
